  • Facility location and travel feasibility
  • Repair volume and project scope
  • Equipment type and fault severity
  • Parts and tools availability
  • Site access, safety conditions, and power infrastructure
  • Customer cooperation and scheduling coordination

No Guaranteed Dispatch or Repair Outcome

Submitting a service inquiry or dispatch request through our website, email, WhatsApp, or phone does not constitute a confirmed service agreement or guarantee of dispatch availability.

All quotes, timelines, dispatch schedules, and service commitments must be explicitly confirmed by Pro ASIC Miner Repair LLC in writing before being relied upon.

Repair outcomes depend on the physical condition of equipment, severity of faults, availability of compatible components, site conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific repair results, recovery percentages, or uptime improvements.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers requesting service agree to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:

  • Accurate facility location, ZIP code, and site access information
  • Correct miner brand, model, and quantity
  • Honest description of fault symptoms and operational history
  • Accurate urgency level and repair volume
  • Disclosure of known site hazards, safety requirements, or access restrictions
  • Authorization from the facility owner or operator to access equipment
  • Compliance with applicable local safety codes and site-specific rules

Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for onsite technicians. We reserve the right to decline or halt service if site conditions are unsafe or inaccurately represented.

Section 5

Quotes and Pricing

Pricing information displayed on our website is provided for general reference and planning purposes. It represents standard fleet-service starting points and does not constitute a firm quote or binding offer.

Final pricing for any service engagement is confirmed before work begins, based on the specific miner models, fault types, repair volume, travel requirements, parts needed, and project scope.

Additional work, parts, travel, or scope changes that arise during service will be communicated and confirmed with the customer before proceeding.

Section 6

Scheduling and Cancellations

Dispatch scheduling and call scheduling are subject to technician and operational availability. Confirming a service date does not obligate us if unforeseen circumstances (weather, equipment availability, technician availability, or emergency prioritization) require rescheduling.

Customers should notify us as early as possible if site access, scheduling, or project scope changes. Repeated last-minute cancellations or access failures may affect service priority and dispatch availability.

Specific cancellation and rescheduling policies may be outlined in individual service agreements or quotes where applicable.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including amounts, due dates, accepted methods, and deposit requirements, are confirmed in the applicable quote, invoice, or service agreement provided before or during the engagement.

Past due amounts may delay future service scheduling. Disputed charges should be raised promptly in writing.
