Service Disclaimer

Important limitations and service conditions for onsite ASIC miner repair, PSU repair, hashboard diagnostics, and mining farm field service.

Last updated: May 22, 2026
Section 1

General Service Disclaimer

Information provided on the Pro ASIC Miner Repair LLC website at proasicminerrepair.com is for general service description and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a guaranteed service quote, a commitment to specific dispatch timing, or a guarantee of repair results.

All service commitments, pricing, timelines, and availability are confirmed separately with the customer before work begins.

Section 2

Dispatch Availability

Nationwide dispatch coverage means we serve commercial mining operations across multiple U.S. regions. It does not mean we maintain immediate local presence in every city, state, or ZIP code at all times.

Dispatch availability for any given location depends on:

  • Technician availability and current scheduling
  • Geographic region and travel feasibility
  • Facility location and site access conditions
  • Urgency level and project prioritization
  • Repair volume and project scope
  • Parts and equipment availability
  • Safety conditions at the facility

Contact us directly to confirm current dispatch availability and realistic timeline for your specific facility and location before planning around any assumed schedule.

Section 3

Repair Limitations

Not all ASIC miners, hashboards, PSU units, or electronic components can be successfully repaired in every situation.

Repair may not be feasible when equipment has experienced:

  • Severe physical damage or burned traces beyond economic repair
  • Liquid immersion, flooding, or sustained moisture damage
  • Critical component failures where replacement parts are unavailable or discontinued
  • Previous unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs that compromised the board
  • Structural damage from fire, overcurrent events, or facility power failures
  • Chip-level damage that exceeds available repair capability for the specific platform

We provide an honest assessment of repair feasibility before committing to work. In some cases, replacement may be more economical than repair, and we will advise accordingly.

Section 4

Diagnostic Limitations

Remote assessments based on customer-provided descriptions, photos, error codes, or logs are preliminary in nature. A preliminary assessment does not constitute a final diagnosis.

Final diagnosis may require onsite inspection, bench testing, or load testing under controlled conditions. Fault symptoms can change under full load, after additional testing, or as secondary failures become apparent during repair.

Customers should not make business-critical decisions (including equipment replacement, facility changes, or insurance claims) based solely on preliminary remote assessments.

Section 5

Pricing Disclaimer

Pricing information displayed on our website represents standard fleet-service reference rates for typical repair scenarios. It is not a binding quote and does not apply to every situation.

Final pricing for any engagement depends on:

  • Specific miner model and platform generation
  • Quantity of units and repair volume
  • Fault severity and number of affected components
  • Component damage extent and parts requirements
  • Travel requirements and facility location
  • Dispatch logistics and project scope
  • Urgency level and scheduling requirements

All pricing is confirmed before service begins. We do not begin work without a mutually agreed scope and pricing commitment.

Section 6

Warranty Disclaimer

Any service warranty covering repaired components must be explicitly confirmed in writing within the applicable quote or service documentation. No implied warranty applies to services performed under these terms.

Where a written warranty is provided, it is limited in scope and does not apply to:

  • Unrelated component failures that arise after service
  • New faults caused by conditions unrelated to the repaired components
  • Overclocking, undervolting, or non-standard firmware configurations applied after service
  • Power surges, brownouts, unstable facility power, or electrical events
  • Facility cooling failures, inadequate airflow, or environmental temperature extremes
  • Liquid, humidity, corrosion, or environmental contamination after service
  • Physical damage from shipping, handling, or site operations after service
  • Customer or third-party modifications made after our service
  • Components not included in the original scope of repaired work
Section 7

Third-Party Brand Disclaimer

Brand names including Bitmain, Antminer, MicroBT, WhatsMiner, Canaan, Avalon, and any other manufacturer names referenced on this website are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Pro ASIC Miner Repair LLC is an independent third-party service provider. We use these brand names solely for the purpose of identifying equipment types and describing our service capabilities. No affiliation, authorization, endorsement, certification, or partnership relationship with any of these manufacturers is implied or claimed unless separately and expressly documented in writing.

We are not an authorized service center for any manufacturer unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

Section 8

Site Conditions and Safety

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the facility is safe and accessible for onsite technician work, including:

  • Safe and compliant electrical infrastructure at the work area
  • Adequate clearance, lighting, and access to equipment racks
  • Disclosure of known hazards, high-voltage areas, or restricted zones
  • Compliance with applicable electrical safety codes and facility regulations
  • Authorization from the facility owner or manager for access
  • Accurate disclosure of environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, or chemical exposure

We reserve the right to decline, pause, or stop service at any time if site conditions are found to be unsafe, inadequately disclosed, or outside the scope of agreed work. We are not liable for delays or additional costs arising from undisclosed site conditions.

Section 9

Data, Photos, and Technical Information

When customers share photos, operational logs, screenshots, firmware information, or other technical data with us, they represent that they have the right to share that information and that it does not contain third-party confidential data, personally identifiable information of others, or proprietary content subject to non-disclosure agreements.

Customers should remove or redact sensitive financial, personal, or confidential information before sharing technical documentation related to service requests.

Section 10

No Engineering or Electrical Design Warranty

Unless a separate written professional service agreement explicitly provides otherwise, information and guidance provided through our website, dispatch forms, phone calls, WhatsApp, or email does not constitute licensed electrical engineering advice, code compliance review, or facility infrastructure design.

Commercial mining operations involve high-voltage power infrastructure, industrial electrical systems, and facility-level engineering requirements. Customers are responsible for ensuring their facilities comply with applicable electrical codes, building regulations, and safety standards through qualified licensed professionals.

Our technicians perform equipment-level repair and diagnostics. We are not responsible for facility-level electrical design, power distribution infrastructure, or code compliance decisions.
