Submitting for a fleet engagement? Include facility size, miner models, affected quantity, and state. We batch all repairs in a single deployment, coordinate multi-rack coverage, and can combine facilities across the same region to optimize dispatch costs.

Mass failure, hash collapse after power event, or facility-wide shutdown — send photos and affected unit count via WhatsApp first if possible. If immediate voice coordination is required, use the Emergency Farm-Down Call option.

Pricing Scope Note

Final pricing depends on confirmed repair scope. Complete miner repair includes up to 3 hashboards inside one miner and does not include PSU repair, which is quoted separately at $50–$60 per PSU unit.
